Just Associates Appoints Tami Montroy as Director of Data Reconciliation Services

CENTENNIAL, Colo. – Dec. 27, 2012 – Just Associates, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in data integrity and data quality solutions for healthcare organizations, has appointed Tami Montroy, MS, RHIA, CCS, as its director of data reconciliation services. In this role, Montroy will be responsible for managing the growth and day-to-day operations of the division, as well as interacting with client executives to ensure all service level and budget projections are met and quality expectations exceeded.

Prior to joining Just Associates, Montroy served as the coding and clinical data access manager of The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, where she managed operational data services including coding and abstracting, release of patient information and the master patient index (MPI). Previously, she was the hospital’s data quality, integrity and integration manager. Past positions include director of facility coding services for The Coding Source and HIM consultant for Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. Montroy also served as an adjunct professor for the medical coding and billing certificate program at Bucks County Community College in Newtown, Penn.

Montroy co-authored “Revenue Cycle Training Handbook: Sharing the Responsibility for Financial Success.” She holds a bachelor’s degree in HIM from The Ohio State University and a master’s degree in health informatics from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
