Redesigned HealthPlan Services Website Features Expanded Self-Service Options, Enhanced Plan Management Tools for Agents, Employers, and Insureds

TAMPA, Fla. – HealthPlan Services, the nation’s largest independent provider of outsourcing solutions for fully-insured products in the insurance industry, has unveiled an enhanced website designed to provide agents employers, and insureds with easier access to a broader array of tools and resources.

The new site offers all the previous self-service functionality, as well as many new features HPS customers have been requesting.

For agents, the HealthPlan Services website continues to provide a range of self-service options designed to help them grow their business. These include access to in-force and pending cases, as well as case billing history, to streamline case management. Users can also quote online and download forms and information on products and carriers.

 

Employers will benefit from enhanced online tools designed to save time and money in the administration of their company’s health plan, including the ability to enroll and terminate employee coverage, confirm employee eligibility, order ID cards and much more. Employers and all insureds will enjoy any-time access to coverage and provider information and other important materials needed to maximize their insurance benefits.
